Our recommendation is to carry out maintenance, cleaning, and polishing once or twice a year, depending on the use given to the jewellery. The setting of the Diamonds and gems is revised during this maintenance, which helps to prevent possible problems in the event of it being dropped or an accident, making your jewellery last longer.
Any kind of maintenance or future adjustment is included for our clients without any extra charge. You just need to bear the shipping cost to our facilities. Once all the work is carried out, Balmes will pay the subsequent shipping back to your address.
