At Balmes we stand behind all our jewellery for life. On purchasing a Balmes product, you’re backed by a lifetime warranty.

Most companies only provide a warranty and free repair in the event of a manufacturing defect. The reality is that they rarely take responsibility for a manufacturing defect, and tend to make the customer pay. At Balmes things work the other way around. You can always count on our support, paying no extra money.

If, for example, you need to enlarge or reduce the size of a ring in the same year, Balmes will do it free of charge. Should your jewellery suffer a drop to the ground, or receive a blow or a scratch, the situation is the same. Whatever happens to your jewel, or whatever you may need, Balmes will be there without asking you for anything in return.

Cleaning and Revision Service

We offer a lifetime cleaning and polishing service and general maintenance of your jewellery free of charge.

In the same way, you will never have to pay anything for the workshop service.

As you can see, at Balmes, unlike the rest, we are not going to make extra money from the Diamond setting (on the ring, pendant, or earrings), nor from the after-sales services. Our only profit will be from the Diamond itself, which will always be the cheapest you will find on the market.

* You will only need to pay for shipping to our facilities. (We can also organise an express pick-up service, which includes insurance on the jewellery.) We will pay for shipping back to your address.
