How is shipment carried out

We carry out shipments via registered mail with insurance against loss or damage. This shipping is anonymous, and the content information is not displayed on the parcel. Upon opening the parcel you will first encounter its shock protection system, and inside that you will find a beautiful case with the purchased piece of jewellery, beautifully wrapped and ready to be gifted.

The purchase I’m making is a gift. What customisation options are there?

Your jewel can be engraved, or we can include a chamois cleaning cloth and a romantic gift card. If you would prefer a more specific option, please contact us. These options are free of charge.

Will I be able to track my delivery

Yes, you will be kept up to date on your delivery, and will be able to follow your order at all times. Once it is shipped, delivery time is estimated at 24 to 48 hours.

Duties and Taxes

If applicable, all taxes will be included at the time of your order. You won’t have to pay any extra money in order to receive your purchase afterwards. If, exceptionally, you happen to be charged upon delivery of your purchase, please send us a copy of the receipt and we will refund your money.

Your order will reach you quickly, with no need to pay anything upon receipt.

Do Balmes provide a warranty for their jewels?

Our products come with lifetime warranty service. In the unlikely event of a problem with your piece of jewellery, for example a scratch or any damage, whether it be a month or 20 years after its purchase, our warranty service has you covered free of charge.

Maintenance Service

So that your jewellery stays looking good as new, at Balmes you are offered a free maintenance service. Depending on its use, your jewellery should be checked every 6 to 12 months for the symmetry of the ring and the state of the claws and Diamonds, etc. It should also be polished. This way, your jewellery will be kept safe and always look good as new. This service is free. All you have to do is send the piece to our workshop. We will then ship it back to you, by insured and registered mail paid for by us.

The Best Price on the Market

At Balmes, we offer you the best available price for GIA Diamonds. We keep a constant eye on the market in order to offer you the best Diamonds at the best possible price. Size Adjustment Service

All ring sizes are available, with no variation in price. If you need to adjust the size in the future, we will not charge you anything either. At Balmes, we endeavour to do everything for free, and only obtain the lowest possible benefit from the Diamond.
